The premise

The future is already interconnected.
Our plans must be too.

Humanity’s largest systems were not designed together. Education, health, energy, food, housing, justice, ecology, technology, and governance evolved in separate institutions—even as each reshaped all the others.

The Plan asks a larger question: given everything humanity knows—and everything different communities have learned—what kind of world could we deliberately build together?

Connect the systems because progress in one domain can create consequence, dependency, or possibility in every other.

Connect the world without treating any nation, institution, language, or level of wealth as humanity’s default.

Protect local agency so communities are co-authors of adaptable futures—not recipients of somebody else’s universal answer.

The zoom rule

Every working group must alternate between the part and the whole.

Go inward far enough to earn rigor. Zoom outward far enough to see consequence. Return inward with new constraints and possibilities. Repeat until the plan can explain both itself and its place in the larger world.
